In Knitting, My designs

The recent test knit for my new pattern: Go-to Gift Hat was the most productive one ever! Because there were 5 sizes in the pattern, I had quite a few testers, and several of them liked knitting the pattern so much that they immediately cast-on another one when they finished their test hat. And then some just kept going! The photo above is a collage of the first 7 hats of the 9 that one tester made. I admit that this is a pretty quick and easy project and lends itself well to ideas like “I think I’ll knit a hat for each one my relatives for the holidays this year.” Also an excellent pattern for those of you that like to knit for charity.

I love the topper of wound-up i-cord my tester devised for some of her hats above. This hat also looks adorable with a fluffy pom-pom. What would you choose as a topper?

Check out the pattern page HERE for more information on the pattern.
